Sleep44 ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service to run an overnight temperature plan on your Google Nest thermostat.

Information You Provide

Email Address: When you sign up for our beta program or create an account, we collect your email address.
Account Preferences: Alarm times, temperature preferences, and other settings you configure within Sleep44.
Subscription Information: We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status, and billing-period dates. Stripe collects and processes your payment method details; Sleep44 does not store your full card number.

Information from Google

When you connect your Google account to use Sleep44 with your Nest thermostat, we access:

Basic Google Account Information: Your name and email address associated with your Google account.
Nest Thermostat Data: Thermostat names, supported modes, device status used during commands, and the ability to adjust settings on your behalf.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Sleep44's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We only use Google user data to provide and improve Sleep44's core functionality: running the overnight thermostat plan you request. We do not use this data for advertising purposes.

Automatically Collected Information

Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our service, including features used and actions taken.
Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
Log Data: IP address, access times, and pages viewed.
